TERMS AND CONDITIONS
  • All stitch counts rounded UP to nearest thousand.
  • 4% damage allowance (DLD Sales will issue credit to your account for actual damaged garment cost over 4%).
  • We are not responsible for embroidering on defective items or incorrect styles, colors and sizes sent by vendors.
  • New customers must pay C.O.D. for embroidery work and in advance for any digitizing services.
  • Quantities for pricing purposes determined by number of pieces per design.
    • Flats items and hats cannot be combined for quantity.
  • We are not responsible for the quality of embroidery from files not digitized by DLD Sales.
  • Backorders will be billed as new orders, based on applicable quantities for each separate production run.
  • Prices subject to change without notice.
  • Five (5) working days for digitizing and five - seven (5-7) working days for embroidery upon approval of logo sew out or proof.​
  • TM, C and R symbols are always recommended to be removed. We will embroider but will NOT GAURANTEE the outcome, the text is too small, there is too much detail and too many fabric variables. ITS YOUR CUSTOMERS RESPONSIBILTY IF THEY DO NOT LIKE THE OUTCOME.
